| If you look at the formula to winning at anything...its always involves team work of parties with the same goal...My competitive spirit has sparkened some interest in sponsoring a team to participate in the national events..As a business man and a sports fanatic....the formula is simple...be able to choose from a big pool of talent...and lead by great leadership...will equal success.....
So im asking all teams to give me 1 chance at just 1 tournament to coach and lead us to success...
the current champs such as the gladiators recruit from multiple states and even have rocket on their team from the steelers....
Ive read what theyve written about the CT teams and its all disrespect
With no disrespect to any teams..lets all smarten up and notice how the other teams are winning....
Lets leave the state as 1 or at least no more than two teams at a time....Like i said give me 1 chance to sponsor and coach a team and see how it works if not you all go back to your teams.
Lets try to figure this out ASAP! Lets put our egos down by keeping your teams and win the d***n thing!...I will run this team like its a million dollar business! 1 chance

| jsut another thought...what league..team organization competes on a national or world level and stick with a talent pool from their own home city/state? Does uconn play with all players from ct? do the new york yankees play with only new yorkers...does the gladiators or omni only play with new yorkers?/ nope...so we have to start somewhere...You teams should really think about this....each team captain can be some form of a coach on the team...Im currently designing a website and uniforms for this travel team...Lets smarten up and treat this team like a business and not a hobby...COMPETITORS ONLY...Ill becoming up with a wanted roster within the week...We will have plays , wrist coaches...and a channel of leadership we will communicate through...Its musch better to get decisons and ideas froom a person or people (coaches) who are looking at the game from the outside in.

| If these mergers dont work...i will be sponsoring the best team i feel could win the tournamnets and our willing to change there name to the hartfordflag high rollerz and must wear the uniforms i design and be willing to let me coach from the sidlines..(i wont be playing)...good luck in both scenarios...

| Cash I like the effort you are making. And it would take someone outside looking in to make a CT team dominate on the national level. The gunz tied the gladiators in florida. The gunz are some beef away and maybe a defensive back or two from being that national power. But much respect to ur effort in making CT respectable in the national flag circuit

| wouldnt mind helping out the gunz...ive been approached by a couple teams so far..like is said if teams dont merge...i will try sponsor the best team that i feel has a chance to win..

| im going to repond to chief first...then go and edit the no name posters foul language and give him some info...
Chief i would love to talk about what mistakes i made that you heard with the high rollerz, ive texted you already...but the biggest mistake i believe in running that team is not having the correct channels to communicate decisions....Its gonna be very difficult for a travel team to listen or take direction from a player/coach whos also playing in the games..Which is why i just want in on the sidelines..I want to handle the "chess" part of the game... With many personalities and differnt backgrounds and different "home" teams a travel team may consists of...Its best someone guide the team from the sidelines ..suggestions by players to the sidlines instead of each other is great,while also the sidlines having an outside point of view of the game... But again im not perfect but definitly we can talk...Now to edit this other posters comments and give him some well needed information lol
