Gators v Franchise: Little has been said about the gators and who they might be putting on the field but sounds like a bunch of flag veterans so we will have to wait and see how they all mesh with one another. Franchise has been pretty quiet also but with calovito returning and hopefully a few nice pick ups in the offseason this team could turn some heads and shock some people. Can never underestimate Calovito bc when you do that is when he is at his best. JP will need to have a huge year for them and be a top WR in this league to help Calovito get over the hump. Due to knowing little about the Gators I am going with Franchise in a close one. Pick: Franchise -3

Bulldogs v Cowboys: This will be a great game. These two teams have been going in opposite directions. As the Bulldogs have slid off the past couple seasons and the Cowboys made a name for themselves this past fall behind the leadership of Gore. However, I think the Bulldogs are hungry again and have picked up a few veterans to solidify their d which has been awful as of late. Sosa and Tony you know are hungry and want to prove to everyone they can still ball. Cowboys I think are going to take a step back. Macon returning to the Hit squad will hurt as Ish can't do it himself. Gore losses a lineman due to one of them returning to the Warriors. I am curious to see who Gore picked up because I know he is always on his recruiting game. With Cervessi and a revived defense I am going with Bulldogs. Pick: Bulldogs -7

Raiders v Hit Squad: Another very interesting matchup. Hit squad is a very young and talented squad that is very close to becoming a force in this league. Especially if Rocket is their QB. They just need to contain their emotions and play football. Limit the bickering between teammates and let your play speak for itself. Raiders sound like they have been on the recruiting trail with a late pickup of Fevah. This team still needs a QB and Marcus can't run the ball every play. They need some help in their secondary so hopefully fevah can solidify it for them. I am going with Hit squad in this week 1 matchup. Pick: Hit Squad -7.

Bulldogs v Assassins: Bulldogs have to play a double header and in back to back games. It is a scary thought for the Bulldogs as they will have their hands full against a hungry Assassins squad. The young bucks from NB have been chirping alot this off season so hopefully that confidence will lead to more victories. Bulldogs cant come out flat in this one and let Assassins strike first. That will be all they need for their confidence. I still am not convinced they are ready to run with the big dogs. They will have to prove me wrong this week. Pick: Bulldogs -6

YGunz v Knights (Matchup of the Week): The game everyone has been talking about. Knights have been out of character quiet this off season on the boards until the week 1 schedule surfaced. The Knights will hopefully have their MVP hopeful Scott Bard behind center for them. Bard looked very good last year and made the Knights offense even more lethal than years past. With the loss of Withee the Knights will have to lean on some of their core Veterans like Ang, Riddle and 7. Gunz sound hungry and determined to run over everyone week in and week out this spring. They will have all their weapons at their disposal for this spring. Pito is the huge question mark. If the Gunz have him back at close to 100% they are extremely tough team to beat. The Knights have had the Gunz number as of late winning their last 3 matchups. I expect nothing but the best from these two powerhouses. I will have to go with the Gunz due to their recent woes against the Knights. I think they will give the knights everything they can handle. It will be a very close game down to the final minutes. Pick: Gunz -1

Havoc v Beatcats: Cash did a great job with the week 1 matchups. This is a great battle. You have the Havoc who are a physical run first team against the Bearcats who are a more finesse passing team. This will be a fun game to watch. The Mass. boys want desperately to win a chip in CT. Last year they came very close to reaching their goal and expect nothing short of that this year. Spence is back with his boys from Enfield. If Spence can get a couple olineman to protect him I expect big things from him this year. Hopefully Luckett will be returning with him because he wont have Hussey and/or Dawud with him. I expect Havoc to disrupt Spence and force him into bad decisions. I like the Havoc in a close one. Pick: Havoc -3

Vikings v Oilers: Oilers have come on the board as of late talking confidently. This team is always a team people talk about but they never rise to the table. This year they seem to be out for blood with one of the best defenses in the league however I am more concerned with their offense. Mark Moore is a great athlete but he can not get it done at QB if you want to be a top contender in this league. Get a QB and put Mark at wr and with ZO they will be very tough to contain. Vikings are always around. They will sneak out victories and sometimes they put on an offensive clinic. Dolch needs to get over that hump and finally start playing like an MVP qb like we all know he can. He has weapons, Ivan is a problem for every defense. This will be another close and tough game to pick. I am going to go with my gut on this one since I have not seen any team this year yet. Pick: Oilers -3

Eagles v Gang green: This game is last of the day and has very little appeal. Gang green is a new team with little experience in 9man. Eagles talk like they are a force to be reacon with but I will have to see it first. Due to knowing nothing about the Green I will go with the Eagles and hopefully this first week win will help the Eagles confidence. Pick: Eagles -7

Great write up tho i think diff about our game.Everybody entitled to their own opinion though. But we clearly got this game...not a diss but last time we played them we blow ah 20 pt lead.that game was fairly easy. we jus slipped up tryna make changes during the game but it wont happen this time...the score in the end didnt show who the better team was...anyway GOOD LUCK but luck wont help this time...cant wait 2morrow needs 2 hurry
