| If a team has tie breaker that involves winning percentage in the conference, and the 2 teams dd not have the same amount of conference games. The 2 teams will be allowed to play a play in game for the 4th spot in the playoffs
There was a scheduling error (when killa hill left) that i did not give some of the teams the same amount of conference games
To get a play in game..
1. Teams must have an uneven amount conference games played
2. The tie breaker eliminates them from the playoffs.
3. Teams must have the same record

Play In game will be played on weekday, saturday, or before start of 1st round.

| Just a question, what is the reasoning behind divisions? Just to mimic the NFL or to promote rivalries? If the later, I feel like the divisions should stay the same every year. Honestly, if you wanted the best possible playoff situation you should eliminate divisions. This is just a question and suggestion please don't attack me with #Facts...

| Hey nick great point that is something discussed at one of the meetings.. That way u can develope a rivalry and improve your team versus your division

| Div sucks at this level of organization, we dont have the same teams year in year out, new teams come in and out every season. KIS (keep it simple) the best records over all should make the playoffs. Div and conference this and that just make things more complicated. And this play in game is good for this season but is kind of last min

Each team gets a task, finish with a better record than every other team in your division. Thats the task
If youb cant do it... whos fault is that? The format?
Yes another division maybe weaker, but thats not the task your team was given. Your task is to finish with the best overall record in YOUR DIVISION!
Not finish with the 3rd or worse record in your division, 5th or best record in your conference and then say... but they had an easier task!
No one knows what the teams records will be until the games are played!
Acccomplish your task, nothing else
Anyone can "ease" through the season and then show up playoff time with their "full squads"
This help avoids teams doing that. 10 week marathon.

| Last year it was for one spot between 3 teams and it never came down to best win percentage in the conference to kick one of the teams out. This year it is for both wild card spots and the final determination would be percentage points difference for the final spot.

| After looking at all of the senarios the only team this is benifiting from this playin game is the cowboys they would be out the playoffs if eagles won or lost this weekend but it should make it interesting and i am def for it cowboys deserve a shot with the season they have had just hope its not because (cash + Gor = besties)

| If you haven't earned your way by having a winning record you there should not be a play in game teams are awarded this game by complaining to the commish and it should be the top for from every division no matter if teams are on a hot streak or not they simply just won't make the cut. Better luck next season.

| The "rules" arent changing, its just that tie breaker doesnt have enough merit as some teams had differnt amount of conference games. The teams dont need to "play" each other.. but they should have the same amount of conference games
And to the franchise comment, that season the teams had an even amount of conference and division games. But that wouldnt even matter in their situation because it never came down to the conference record tie breaker becasue they were the same. it was a different tie breaker.

| Cash yes the eagles did ask for it but we don't need it we would be the 4th seed in the playoffs next weekend without it if we used the tie breaker rules. We also think it is the fair thing to do because we would not have wanted to be eliminated that way either. We asked for it but did not need it FACTS !!! Lol.
A win by the eagles or loss by the cowboys and this conversation never happens so for all the nonamers wait until after this weekend then we will see what needs to happen.

| so if what "eagles" is saying above is correct, the eagles would have the edge over the cowboys even if they finished with the same record? and they asked for the play in game to benefit the cowboys so that they didnt get eliminated by the "percentage" flaw?

Dont pretend now that your team has figured out they are in that you didnt want the game... No one even said you needed it. You did. I told your team you diddnt need it, you needed to just finish the season and see what happens.

| Not saying that and I said in my post I think it fair. You didn't agree to do the playin game till you realized the cowboys where out.
I said week 2 that I would like the playin game . I was justifying myself and was also letting everyone know we asked but do not need it. Cash the Internet bully lol
