| IM going to take time out to update you on stats, and staff..
The league has grown, and is getting "bigger" than One Person to run it...
As things grow,you have to expand resources...
Im learning that, alot of our stats etc etc are only getting accurate because Myself, or stat keepers from over the years help you guys get them correct. by fixing your teams easy errors (Jerseys,rosters) etc etc becuase overtime, we KNOW you guys personally,
But what if the stat keeper quits, or i quit.. what happens to the league then in its current form?
So ive decided to outscource more of the work.. And its a learning process for me and anyone doing it.
Last week a girl/ woman uploaded the stats who has NO idea about football, But with the new sheets we have created, she was able to get the information up. Were there mistakes yes, but when i oversee their work, eventually it will be correct..
This week a new stat uploader uploaded stats, and it will take time to review his work and go over and show his mistakes and how he can correct them, And we had a new stat taker also...
Everytime they do it, they will get better and get it right.. Just be patient as in the long run this will be beneficial for the league.
