| The Vikings may have possibly violated the illegal players AGAIN depending on the outcome i will make a decision to keep them in the league or not and refund the new players who registered (who kept the vikings in the league) their money back,
Steelers had an illegal player a few weeks ago and they were given the same deal the ikings had. to register 25 players. The Steelers registered the 25 players
This player registration rule was designed to Help owners NOT pay out there own pockets and make the players responsible, it was designed to keep cost down for teams with short numbers a low rate, and was designed to increase revenue to pay for the leagues cost. There are alot of more BENEFITS player registration helps the league ill get to another time..
From now on im going to let the league police themselves as far as rosters. If the league is notified of illegal players, there will be a $50 reward given once the player/team pays their fine.
Now instead of my stat keepers and upset players, there are 300 eyes on rosters.
Its simple please play with the players on your roster,
Keeping the rosters controlled is one of the ways we create a competitve league.

| If the steelers had a illegal player a few weeks ago, shouldn't that have made them forfeit that game, if I remember right, if u play a illegal player and win, u forfeit that game and why wasn't anything written on the board about steelers having a player play who was not legal

| facts^^^^ if the steelers had an illegal player doesn't matter that they paid after.. They should have forfeited the game they won with the illegal player. The team that lost that game should protest that loss.. Can't pick and choose when to enforce the forfeit rule, illegal player= forfeit loss.

| Illegal players are not forfeits until after week 5 (when rosters close) we changed that rule a long time ago lol

| Sounds like the whole league is a hot mess. In any league i've ever played in it's been 3 weeks and the roster cut off is in. If you have a player playing for you that isn't on your roster after week 3 he can't play. On top of that if they player plays in a game it should be a forfeit. You used a non sanctioned roster player.
By charging every guy $85 you are not realizing your audience. Its the teams captains decisions on how they want to run a team. If a guy doesn't play and you let him stay then that is on you. You are trying to have power over the whole league and every player and then line your pockets with fines and fees. This is the most ridiculous flag football non sense I have ever seen.
No wonder teams are looking to play else where. This league is just a wild free for all.
Its super simple since you have stat guys. Either you are on the roster or not. So if a guy pays his $85 and barely plays. Someone is still making money.
No one benefits if a team gets run out of the league half way through. Just have a bunch of less games.
losing a 2-1 team does you zero good. Also who Exactly are these illegal players? Your best team had a violation and you just mention it now? All these threats towards the purple guys. It's clear you don't want them hanging around.

| Here are some facts for "site visits"
To the no name the rules are set, as you pay a fine if you use an illegal player. Up until week 5, After week 5 its a forfeit. the fine is basically that you register the player plus a little extra to for the TEAM to continue playing or you are removed from the league. Its a simple rule to follow. Break the rule a $75 registration turns into up to a $225 registration. easy
1. The Vikings had the grandfather registration
2. The Vikings informed me that they wont have the grandfather registration by the deadline and if I dont give it to them (extend it) they WONT be playing
3. I agreed they shouldnt register
4. The Vikings registered 6 players
5. Registering 6 players on his own, i informed the VIKINGS they SHOULD NOT enter the league and should NOT register as they are NOT ready for the new type of league im creating and should take their money back.
6. They still registered
7. They had 9 registrations and 12 or 13 names in an email or via online 1 day prior to start
8. I informed the Vikings they need to give me the 9 players to register as some of the registrations online DID NOT PAY. They just filed the form out.
9. The Vikings gave me the 9 names that were eligible to play the morning of the games
10. The Vikings show up hours later with 18 players
11. The league penalized the vikings and gave them a deal much cheaper than what the real "fine was.
12. Vikings (Perry) informed me that his pride couldnt let them show up with 9 players so he had to "cheat" to put it bluntly. As he didnt want to get blown out by the bears (it still happened)
13. The Stat keeper asked a guy what his name was from the sheet Sunday.
14. The stat keeper was told his name was Howard
15. The stat uploader asked who to give stats to with the name Howard as hes not on the roster
16. Vikings were called and asked who Howard was, they said his name was Chris Howard
17. We checked our records and there were NO receipts for Chris Howard
18. The Vikings now said his name was Chris Malone
19. We asked the Vikings why would he say his name was Howard?
20 They said he didnt say that "Someonelse said it"
21. We checked the records for Chris Malone
22. Chris Malone was also NOT registered, but was one of the names we informed the VIKINGS did not pay as mentioned earlier in #8
23. Other calls, emails came in about vikings have more players NOT on their roster
24. Vikings were informed to provide a receipt or a screen shot of a receipt of Chris Malone or Chris Howard account being debited and there will be NO penalties
25. Vikings send a screen shot of CHris Malone Filling out registration but NOT paying. Just as we mentioned in step 8.
26. I informed the vikings we already went over Chris Malone NOT registering when he chose the 9 names for week 1. and why would Chris Malone (who hasnt filled out a registration since week 1) now feel he is registered?
If you want less restrictions then you have to go back to the old ways and create a new league.
Theres a reason why i took the fall off, I decided i will NO longer run the league by old standards. I let the teams test the waters, If the league isnt ran on a tight ship. I will not run the league. Or i need those teams and players to quit plain and simple.
Less Headaches is much easier to run this league. I try to eliminate all of them.

| Seems like you made life a lot harder on yourself. It would be a simple fix. This player isn't on the roster he can't play.
Other leagues do that exact thing. To be honest why are you worried about all this stuff when the same teams win your league every season?
Seems like you may wanna go back to the drawing board. Surprised teams show up to pay the ridiculous amount of money you charge these people. Then fine? Who's gonna pay that fine? You are begging teams to quit then that only hurts the other teams that are registered
Just saying it seems like this league is in a worse place with a new plan. At the end of the day you still let Duane in and that's on you. You have to take ownership of that and airing his laundry on a message Board is kinda unprofessional.
You have to shoulder some of this as well. Pointing fingers and then making refeences to teams gettng blow out?
Well they didn't get blown out by your team did they?
I did find it hard to believe that this is the only team with illegal players.
And for cripes sake it's flag football stop treating it like its the NFL with all the fees. This is for guys enjoyment and not for a PT job for you to profit from.

| The goal is to remove teams and players outside my VISION. I "raised" prices, made "New rules", "moved" the leagues location, and stopped running the league for a season (All by design). What i have learned over the seasons is People and teams who cant "follow" these guidelines usually are the Ones who complain the most and need to be removed..
So the answer is simple. find the teams and players who CANT afford the league, CANT follow the rules, and CANT travel to the league and REMOVE them or FIND a way to remove them
Its easy to run a league where teams and players respect the rules and can afford to play. It becomes a very nice CHEAP hobby for 3 months ($75 or $7.50/week) lol
Any current complaint about the league will fit one of these categories 99% of the time lol. And guess what i will do once identified. Its just a process of elimination slowly but surely. Until its perfected.

Kash aka me blunt is like the old uncle at Easter that constantly talks about how great he was back in the day or tries to give you financial/career advice. The same uncle leaves Easter and gets into a 1997 Honda Accord with 1 hub cap. Leave the dude alone. He has it tough as it is.
