| Here we go....."stole"....how do you steal a player to play for a team??? Very interesting choice of words. Looks to me like folks recognize a good thing when they see it. If teams take care of their players and compete they don't need to worry about anybody stealing their players. If this is true that is going to make MW even tougher with another rusher w/ speed and power! Can't wait to see how things unfold in Florida!

| Yall are terrible u have that much hate on mw but as I recall,mw has beeen winning without this new recruit they have won ohio and nationals with the same team since they started and do u really want to throw lam nationals in there for real I was there they were losing until texas player came and scored the winning td .......then they came home for spring and lost to elite I believe and then for championship game they flew texas back in and oh yea and she is playing qb for them in orlando this year now thats disrespectful to the qb that has been carrying them to the championship games! Mw got a rusher not a reciever not a qb not a linesman please dont ever bring lam up especiall the nationals wont u tell tjem to play with their squad and dont fly in texas and see how they do!

| Hold the press everyone.......now lets go here we won nationals last year we went with our core the ppl yjat started mw we beat lam twice......oh no recruits...and last year ohio we beat lam and we didnt have everyone including our starting qb and I played qb then no recruit....now to my understanding we were the only,new team that existed when lam won nationals! I will never take anything from lam bc thet are a great team but like the last post they picked up a xomplete stranger to play with them in their champions year! We didnt pick up a soul and adding a new rusher dont effect our offense but she will help cause havoc to other teams!

| This some bullshit. First of all i told yall before im a 35 yr old man, i ONLY post under Elitebartender. I got a mens team to prepare for FLA, a ladies team and a son bday in 3 days to prepare for, who has time for this.
I luv Michelle as a player and friend. I was disspointed she left but that was weeks ago,matter of fact she told me she was unhappy during the season, not sure why i just started getting FB hits, texts and this now. She has her reasons for leaving and so be it. Im glad she went with MW cause i was hearing other teams. Fact of the matter is if anyone is unhappy with their team then bounce. Im sure any coach would agree with me. I told my team months ago, players are going to leave and players are going to come as we mold our team. We got new players ready to ball when we get back from Fla and some might not come back, nature of the beast when you start a team from scratch. We have only been a team for 6 months and we only had 2 ladies who had played the ladies game. Give us a minute.
Lastly, i dont need nobody to defend me and anybody can think whatever they want. The negative folks can kiss my whole ass on the 10 o clock news. Folks that know the deal i appreciate you, drinks on me. At the end of the day folks can do what they want, who am i to judge. BU will be here, believe that. Holla !

MW28, maybe you dont know your history but for you to disrespect a coach and player thats been relevant in this town for over 10 yrs by saying you wouldnt play for him is disheartnening. The man has coached his team to Ely titles and tournament victories out of state as far away as Detroit. He turned Elite into a National powerhouse and was a helluva player himself. He probably knows just as much about flag football as any person coaching in your league. Im talking to you because your a great player and im sure the Bartender would never disrepect you. George Coleman, who was a helluva player himself should have taught you ladies history before you start disrespceting guys who truly mean something to DC flag/touch football.

| This entire post is unbelievable...unfortunately not surprised.
I sent out a Happy Holidays and safe travels to message not long ago...not a single response BUT as soon as something negative pops up on the board there's an incredible frenzy...sad but oh well. Here are some facts:
MW has not recruited in quite some time. ALL of our recent "recruits" approached us first!
Nobody is under contract in this league including MW players. If someone is unhappy on any team they are free to go wherever they may be accepted (This essentially is how MW came into existence). That includes MW players...folks have been trying to recruit our players from the first season and its PERFECTLY FINE. If a player decides to leave...all love and best wishes is how we feel!
We've had a good run and our newest player has yet to play a down!
We are always looking to improve our team and if someone can come in fill a role, have the right attitude and understand that it's about competing and being the best at MW then we go from there.
We've had several players that wanted to run with us at nationals...unfortunately we do NOT have a tourney team...we have a year round team.
Ralph, BU, and all other teams ...we have NO beef or problems. As a matter of fact when we had folks interested in playing with us we recommended they go w/ Lady Elite while Ralph was there....and a few of them did just that.
EVERYBODY will NEVER be happy....thus we are not trying to please EVERYBODY or ANYBODY...we are going to keep trying to be as positive as possible and making sure our house is taken care of.
LAM I hope yall know better than to fall for the bs...somebody is always going to try to stir something up. Yall do yall and I'm sure we'll compete hard on the field and have a mutual respect after the last whistle.

| @ old dude... first and foremost i will never disrespect ralph or anyone else, i have much love for him and me saying that i would never play for him is how i feel and thanks for the compliment (me being a great player) but honestly if u kno my history i believe most teams have tried to recruit me but i had loyalty to the cougars but when i got unhappy i was either retiring or playing for a nonexisting team thats when mw came about but to make a long story short i wouldnt play for alot of great coaches in the league bc i love the competition and i'd rather play against them! i dont need to kno his history because he is not my coach....i think people just take things a little to personal and read into things the wrong way and im not the disrespecting type its not my character 'shit talker' yes but never disrespectful i just speak on how i feel and i kno ralph dont care because he knows how i am i think pretty much everyone knows that!

As for the comments towards mw28 needing to know the history...whats the point if all that shit was 20 years ago...Most Wanted is the current National Champions, the current Ely League Champions, the current Ohio National Champions, and the current Mixing Bowl Champions...theres a little lesson in current affairs!! Tim was also a great player in his day...google him! The league is full of great coaches and players which breeds a competitive atmosphere that we all love. Now that we know about the good coaches in the DMV, we know Michelle CHOSE on her own free will to switch teams and now plays for MW and that mw28 wont play for Ralph...is there anything else to discuss...NO!

MW been running shit in the ladies game because they have the best QB MW28 in the game. I saw a a few of their games this year and when she wasnt there and it was a different team. Point is coahes can coach all day but if you dont have players then you will lose point blank.
I dont know the Bartender like that but i played against him and he knows the flag game as well as anybody i know. ELite is the ONLY new team that came down Ely and was sorry and he turned them into one of the best teams around here and nationally, so you have to respect that. I believe his ladies team will eventually be a winner or maybe he just cant coach ladies, i dont know.
Michelle your a grown woman as you have said, but as a player i respect a persons play on the field and me personally if i decide to play for a new team i would understand there would be ups and downs, thats what makes your team stronger. Helping my team get better would give me more satisfaction than going to a already built championship team that really doesnt need me cause they was winning without me, but thats just me. And if they do recruit what business is it of yours? Do u play for them? HELL NO!!!!! This is all im saying if players want to leave their old team to play for mw then they werent happy with the team they were on! And that is their chose....and last but least when the cougars won their championship they didnt play mw so why wud they say anything but once cougars started talking shit they had alot to say! But what is true when mw had bad games and they were losing EVERYONE had alot to say but when they came back and won the league and then ohio u mutha fuckers wouldnt even congratulate them( this dont go for the ones that did) its for the haters now here it is they pick one player that went to them on her own free will now u want to trash talk them very ignorant!! Now what u really need to be doing is focussing on nationals and if u face them figure out how to beat nc all you are doing is motivating them!

| Its called competetion. Every team recruits, if you dont then you falling behind. Im sure MW created the climate for that player to come play and she came. Nothing wrong with that. The only problem folks may have is MW is set with players so why recruit from a new team. Dont blame them if anything the player just didnt have any loyalty to her old team, apparently as soon as the going got tough the tough got going.

| Yall know loyalty has nothing to do with it or no one would switch teams... Sometimes the coach just suck so bad or the team logistics just ain't right and come on guys we talking bout Ralph... Didn't he get fired from his old girl squad??? So obviously its him... Sometimes good players just don't make good coaches... When I see him he usually drinking on the sideline so its obviously not that serious to him... Why Michelle left we don't know the details but I'm pretty sure if we did a poll on why people leave it more than likely is a good reason...

Thats there business, and thats what a championship team does. every team has done it. last season a bunch of girls switched to others team. who cares why?!. lets play some mofo ball! everybody worried bout where everybody else at and doing. it shouldn't be no thing if everyone PRATICED and was on point with there Sh*t. if ppl switched teams then the hell with them. NO ONE has a right to even Hate on MW either. They won it, let em enjoy it. if anybody got problem with it, THEN EARN THE TITLE NEXT SEASON.

| I am saddened by this entire thread. I think maybe you all have been on vacation too long and need something to do. Go watch a soap opra. I have recruited people to play on my team and in doing so , have given them this website to check out. However, I would be ashamed if they clicked on this thread and read it. I would be embarrassed to have to try and explain all this yap yap. If this is what the message board is going to be, a sounding board for whining..then go get some cheese, and take the message board down! I am taking only positive thoughts into this New Year. Mad I even got on this message board, it's like watching a train wreck. You want to stop reading but can't. I am done, and I won't be telling anyone else about this website.
