Greetings from the Atlanta Sports Connection. This serves as an announcement of the Atlanta Sports Connection Presents the Fallen Warriors Flag Football Invitational.

The Atlanta Sports Connection (ASC) has served in several community development projects, outreach activities, and recreational sports initiatives in the Metro Atlanta
area. By forming great partnerships with non-profit and 501c3 organizations, such as the Lynn Lewis Foundation and the Center for Educational and Professional
Development, a strong platform has been established to positively impact the communities through education, fitness and sports. These types of relationships have
fostered a drive for ASC executives to continue their legacy of “Connecting Communities Through Sports”.

This year ASC has embraced another community-based event to empower single-parent families. In line with ASC's mission and unparalleled support from partners
(LLF & CEPD), supporters and sponsors, it is our pleasure to introduce another benevolent project we call the "Fallen Warriors Flag Football Invitational."
This inaugural event is the product of many "Fallen Warriors" in the flag football community whose memories are carried on by families, friends and teammates
due to untimely deaths. The event provides another outlet to remember, honor and celebrate the lives of these men and women on and off the field.

Another aspect of the event is to raise awareness and seek financial support in order to establish a foundation that will aid children of single-parent households,
and low-income families, by providing financial resources to support their educational, health-related, fitness, or recreational needs. A portion of the event's
proceeds will be allocated towards the development and sustainability of this foundation. To show our commitment to this cause, ASC will donate $1.00 for every point
scored during the tournament to solidify the ground work needed to make the dream of this foundation become a reality.

This year's Fallen Warriors Flag Football Invitational honorees are:

Dallas Tilly - Yung Crew (Atlanta, GA)
Will Storey - Nu Nation (Ellenwood, GA)
Todd "Nitro" Jones - (Glen Burnie, MD)
-

Please join us in to celebrate the lives of these "Fallen Warriors".

y should we. The last thing we heard from the ATL teams was that they will never come back to the DMV to play plus their lady teams have yet to come north. We really need to stop making their tournaments succesful because of DMV participation. We are the champs so if those suckas want to see us, they know where to come. We don't do no chasin'! Ain't no party if we don't come to boogie!!!!

We talking mixing bowl, metro cup, frostburg, etc. Everyone knows that the ATL Metrocompetitors is throwing that tournament in Va Beach and using the WAFFL as their flunkys. Come on now let's keep it real.

For the record, the tournament that is being thrown here in Atlanta is not sponsored or have no affiliation with MetroCompetitor or MAFFA. Atlanta Sports Comnection is its own entity and is hosting the tournament. I can not speak for other team but Yung Crew never have an issue with supporting whatever is going on even in the DMV area. We didn't make it to MetroCup this year due to financial reason but it was on our list. It's not about getting the DMV teams to come and make the tournament better to us it's more like if you want to be the best you have to bump against the best.

Grow up
