| I'd really like to know what everyone thinks about how our league can improve. Not attacking anything or anyone. Let's keep rising to the top!
Here is some of what I have come up with:
Scheduling & Planning for Playoffs, Allstar Game, Recognition Ceremony
Organized Team Fundraising
On Time Refs & Facility Openings
Women Refs for Women's Games
Timely and constructive League Meetings
Sponsors for The League
Balanced Distribution Of Teams In Divisions
DJ's at all games

| -A Female Commissioner (considering the league has more female teams we should have at least 1 female commissioner which would also help with the delayed communications)
-USFTL Rulebook either at the field or on this site (currently you have to purchase one, would make more sense for the league to have posted)

| Correct, I think they need at least 2 -3 females on commissioner team...also..lets have a begining of season party...have it at a local central located sport bar or club and have a meet and greet for all teams..
