| Hello Great ladies, gentlemen and coaches of D.C Ely
I bring this community service project to D.C Ely because I feel like as a league we should start giving back to our community. I work at the Foundation School located in Largo. It is an alternative school that deals with ED (emotional disturb) children of all ages and various backgrounds who can not function properly in there public schools.
I ran this idea pass George, as a league we should do a school supply drive for the Foundation School. It would be great if every team is able to donate school supplies to the Foundation School. Although the children are given a school supply list, not even half of the children are prepared with a pencil, paper or even a note book to start the school day.
George stated that he will be conducting a meeting within a few weeks and that way I can pick up the supplies from each team.
The school supply list can include, book bags, pencils, pens, paper, glue, etc. I would greatly appreciate the help from each team on this project.
