| Just wanted to take a second to Congratulate the Black Mambas on your back to back National Titles as well as your 3 peat Ely run. You ladies (and coaches) continue to overcome obstacles and take everyone's best shot week in and week out! Keep up the great work. An unprecedented and very impressive run no doubt! Kudos!! Now TO I am going to need you to intervene a little more between those 2 pretty red dudes on the sideline with you LOL. Nah Real talk...keep up the great work fam! Also congrats to AMC, 5th Quarter and anyone else I may not have mentioned.

| Classy post Tim. And from what I seen MW is almost back. But Tim you and Donte LAM yall raised the bar for ladies flag in the DMV. So kudos to yall. Great Job BM on your back to back!!! DC runs flag football in the divisions that matter!!!

| Much respect to you Tim and what you have done for women's flag football... Real classy coach... Thank you on the congrats... Also everyone who support Black Mambas and women's flag football... And to George for putting together the most competitive leagues in the world, which helps every DMV team compete for National titles every YEAR!
