| In response to your request for suggestions to update our by-laws, I would suggest that you make copies available to the membership of the current standing by-laws so that we may provide sound, rational, and functional recommendations and/or suggestions for revisions.
It would be greatly appreciated by those who are willing to assist you in this process, if we could see the version that already exists.
Let me know when you plan to have the first meeting. Thanks for your time and attention to this matter.
