| easiest directions I can think of are, if you are at the gym...
Turn right, headed east, onto Village Green (away from US 1)
Take it down to the Walton Road intersection (about a mile, mile and a quarter)
Take Walton Road about a mile, go through the Walton/Lennard Road intersection, and the park is on the left off Walton Road not even a quarter of a mile from the intersection.
