TOPIC: Tuition and Competition Fees Due ASAP |

| For those of you who do not know me, I am Ultimate's Office Manager/Coach. This is a friendly reminder that all fees towards your child's competition were due in December. Tuition is also due on the first of each month. Late fees will be applied after the 10th of each month.
Open communication is important to us and we do understand the condition our economy is currently experiencing. For those with financial difficulties, we are willing to set up a payment plan. Phone calls and letters will be sent out if we do not hear from you soon.
If you have any questions about the amount you owe, please call me at the gym and I'll be happy to discuss it with you. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

| Thank you for those who have contacted me regarding your past due invoices. It is with regret that I must submit another posting about overdue invoices.
Unless payment in full is made or payment arrangements scheduled, your child will not be allowed to compete in their next competition. Because these fees were due in December, you are still responsible for payment whether or not your child does compete.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

| That was handed out in the beginning of the season and is available at the front desk in a new orientation folder. If you have anything further you can call me on my cell phone 215-5739 if you do not leave your name in a message I will no longer respond.
