we love all the encouragement they give us=]
todays practice was intense so we decided to jump into an ice bath to relieve the pain...lol but serosily

| I dont know why u girls are so sore, I feel fine. ) LOL But seriously, great practice last night. I love how hard everyone is working and doing everything the coaches are asking of them. Your hard work will pay off when u hit the mat at your first competition. I cant wait to cheer you girls on from the front row. This season is going to be so much fun. Welcome to the ULTIMATE FAMILY and thanks again for making us feel so welcome. WE ARE...... ULTIMATE!!!!!
