hey guys,
i am SOOO sorry that i had to bail this
practice and competition.



if i could be there i would so come~!
but since i got sick and had the asthma attack type thing the doctor said that i have to be in bed, and i have no idea how soon i can be up and around. but i will do my best and try to be back at the gym by next thursday hopefully :)
