FOR YOUR INFORMATION

Teams:
On Sunday after 5pm we will post on the website what team you made. Please check your teams practice times.

Registration Packet:
You will need to print out the registration packet from the website
(a) The registration packet must be filled out completely and handed in by your 1st practice.
(b) Please make sure your credit card information in the packet is filled out completely. Everyone will be setup this year with direct withdrawal. (NO EXCEPTIONS).
(c) Make sure we have your email information. This is one way we will communicate with you.

Financials:
(a) Your Monthly Tuition and Yearly Registration is due on your first practice. (Registration is $40)
(b) If you still have a balance from last season. YOU MUST PAY YOUR BALANCE BEFORE YOUR CHILD CAN PRACTICE.
(NO EXCEPTIONS)
(c) No Refunds

Parent Meeting:
There will be a parent meeting at the beginning of each team’s first practice.
