| Ok Parents of L5 we all have a big decision to make as a Team!!Sherry and Tara gave me permission to ask all of you if you Vote Yes or No for a new Uniform for this Team? Sherry will know the cost once her decision is made! Kids your parents will have to Vote since they are the ones paying for it so as long as you ask your Mom or Dad you can vote for them but, only with their permission!! Vote on the Message board and pass the information to all of your Team Mates so no one is left out! Here are a few ideas!! One shoulder exposed with strap across shoulder blade, Star on Sleeve, Name on Back of shirt, built in briefs,(this will prevent them from turning and riding up after tumbling) Cut out star on skirt or star on skirt, Shiny Red Bloomers, Or maybe shorts And Lots of Glitz's!! softer looking bow's (I know of a great Bow company that I will show Sherry) Again, Sherry will be the final decision maker on this uniform however she wants a Team Decision on this!! Please Vote Today Yes or No with your Name!! Let the Voting begin! P.S. Thanks Sherry for considering this vote to happen!!!

| Count me in Regina!! I agree we have an elite team and we need to let the rest of the world know it..lol
I have printed a few uniforms ideas that I showed Sherry and some parents already :) If we sell our old uniform for $100.00 the cost of a new uniform wont be that much. I am so excited :) I know that the cheerleaders on L5 are hoping for a new uniform as well. Thank you Sherry for supporting us on the idea <3

| I am good with whatever everyone wants. I know Shannon was looking forward to possibly a new outfit. My only comment is the built in briefs don't work real well. There is an allstar gym here in Vero that did it this year and things like heal stretches and scorpions looked really bad in pictures since the briefs aren't real tight fitting. I am good for whatever though.

| Sorry to be the downer, but my vote is no.
Wheater we are L5 or minis, L1,2,or 3 WE are All Ultimate. Also at the competions we never know the schedule girls may need to perform back to back. If they need to change this could be a problem.

| I can see your concern Diane. There is never a problem with having to change. Both my girls had to do it with Mini's and My Nicole had to do it one year for cheer.Other teams do this as well so its nothing new to have certain teams with different uniforms, its just a question if us as parents want to support our girls wanting to do this. More because of the expense I think. Thanks for your thoughts. All of our voices will be considered.

| Level 5 will still be ULTIMATE even if they have a new uniform :) and as far as changing goes most L5 competition are at the end of all the other divisions. A lot of cheerleaders double team and have to change or something in between performances and they do it good too..lol

| Hey Debbie Downer, way to be a downer! Just kidding!! You have a good point! However, I'm thinking since this team is a new team there has been a ton of excitement. Although, every team are Ultimate Teams and we never want to separate that.
The girls that have made a level 5 team have worked for many years to be able to finally compete at that high level. It is the highest level our girls under 18 will ever be able to compete at. So, they are rewarding themselves with wanting a new uniform. All athletes should be striving for a chance to be at that level. And I think the kids want another thing for other kids to want to get(new uniform). It sounds funny but when I made a shirt for International Cheer, everyone wanted it. They were saying, I can't wait to be on international. As silly as that sounds it's just something these kids like to strive for. It challenges girls/boys to want to be a level 5 athlete. I think if we get new uniforms,the team should fund raise, so there isn't any more expense to the parents. Someone should put that together. Anyhow, I was putting my opinion in the pot. Either way we go, I love Ultimate! I love My Ultimate Coaches, I love My Ultimate Families and I love My Ultimate Athletes! L5 keep working your tails off because the sky is the limit! I don't care if you are in T-shirts and soffes, you will be AMAZING!!!!!!
WE ARE...ULTIMATE!!!
By the way, ALL ALL OUR TEAMS WILL BE AMAZING!!!

| The girls are working extremely hard in all the teams, but in L5 they are being pushed more. So, I think they deserve a special uniform. My (our) vote is YES!

| I wanted to say that Demi is on the Mini cheer & White Lighting teams and as challenging as it may seem changing from one uniform to another it isn't bad at all! I think the new uniforms are a great idea!
Demi and I would also like to volunteer to help our L5 team with their fundrasing.
We love our ULTIMATE family!!!!

| I would personally love to see L5 in new uniforms! This team is a group of athletes who have worked hard to get the skills they need to be on such an elite team. However, from personal experience, I would not advise the skirts with the bloomers attatched. As someone mentioned earlier, it is extremely difficult to size them perfectly. Mine were always a little too loose so they were very uncomfortable. If the concern is athletes forgetting their bloomers, they are a level 5 team and that shouldn't be an excuse. But either way the decision goes, I just want to say congrats to all the athletes on this team as well as the coaches who have pushed and trained them to get to this level!

| If at all possible, I think it would be really neat to have their name on the back of the top. There is a lot of cost involved in this and it would make it so much more personal and give the girls much pride to let the world see it is theirsthat they have ownership in it.

| 3 seasons ago (08-09) Jr. Adv. was L5 and they still wore the same uniform, if it is such an honor to be on such a team then why didn't we do it then? Those girls and guys worked just as hard that season to be one of the few jr. coed L5 teams around what makes this years L5 team anymore special? Some of the kids that are on this years team were on that team. Sherry, Bobby, and all the other coaches I respect you and your decisions for what is best for the team and program as a family.
One last little thing is that everyone is saying that you can sell your old uniform to help pay for the new one, well some can't because they are on more than 1 cheer team.
Just my opinion.

| i was on that junior adv. team 2 years ago i think it was, and as fun as that was, it was only a junior team. the level 5 team is for a selection of ages and this team works so hard and, i believe, deserves new uniforms. im not saying that the jr. adv. didnt work hard, because they most deffinately did, but while practicing on level 5, the enviornment feels so much more different and every is in it together. im very excited for the new uniforms/ new season! This has nothing to do with being extra special. This has nothing to do with the coaches or Bobby or Sherry deciding what is best for this team. This has to do with the team itself having an interest in having a change in the uniforms. I am sure if the interest was there for the junior 5 team then it probably would have happened. I am in the same boat when it comes to having to purchase the new uniform without being able to sell the old one because my Nicole is on another team as well. That is where the fundraiser comes in, Regina and I are putting one together so that you and I and others can benefit from it. I think in the end it will not matter what style of uniform we are wearing we will still represent Ultimate Cheer and Dance. Thats okay if you still don't agree. You have that right and I am sure that Bobby and Sherry and coaches and others will respect that. I know I do. Should you still have any concerns about this, please go and speak with Bobby or sherry. | Priscilla is 100% right. This year it honestly wasnt the coaches that suggested getting a new uniform it was the kids on this L5 team. They wanted to push to get these new uniforms as a privaledge for making this team. this season is going to be great for all the teams! Let's fundraise and let these have a blast! | D Kiara and Alexia are on 2 teams too. yes I was the one who had suggested selling the uniform.:) but oh well. They are happy to do it. Level 5 was put together by Bobby and Sherry with the athletes who they thought had the skills to make it a winning team. This L5 team is a new erra for "ULTIMATE" Way to go UCA !! Why is there always one of two people that try to find the negative in everything, and yet cannot post their name to take a stand?? " just and observer" is it the uniform that bothers you? or is the little green monster lurking with envy? I am not trying to be mean or insulting, but come on everyone. If you are on level 5 and the decision of a new uniform is preventing you from feeling the excitement of what this new team is bringing to our gym, then I agree with Priscilla, a meeting with Bobby and Sherry is definitely warranted. Maybe you should consider being on a team that will bring you more happiness. Ultimate is know as being the "Best" and we as a family are growing rapidly :) We are the few , the proud , we are ULTIMATE !!!
