| Im really scared for cuts! Im working so hard and really want to be on the team.. I got my layout and am getting a lot better and quickly, but like everyone, Im scared Ill be cut. Can someone please explain the cuts to me please! I dont understand why they put so many girls on the team when they know they are going to have to make the team smaller? Im so confused. Didnt you guise say we believe in you fully when we place you on a team? That will kill my confidence if I get excited for making a higher team then moved down to a lower one.. ughh Im so scared, but trying hard!EXPLAIN EXPLAIN!!!

| They aren't going to cut you if you are trying hard and showing that you want to be on the team. If you are really getting better and showing that you deserve to be on this team they will keep you on. No worries keep trying! This team WILL be amazing!! :)
