| The makeup order forms are now available at the front desk of the main gym!! They are pre orders so please get them filled out ASAP and turned in at the desk. I am going to try and be at the gym a few nights a week to answer any questions and collect orders! Please attach pymnt to the form or place cash in envelope w/ orderform. Please make checks payable to:"FAITH JOHNSEN" ant not to the gym!! Thank you and go ULTIMATE!!!!

| Amanda- All dancers need a makeup kit... We don't know if anything will be different for dance teams and usually we do something different at Atlanta.
Regina- you need to fill out the form on the counter at the gym and make a check out to "FAITH JOHNSEN" for $57.
