| These new rules will be in effect as of the 1st game in the wednesday league for Men and Women :
12. 5-Second rule: For kick-off, free kicks, corner kicks, throw-ins (that are actually kick-ins), goal kicks and on goalkeeper possessions with the ball still in play, the player has 5 seconds in which to play the ball. 13. Goalkeepers may not throw, punt or kick the ball in the air over the middle line. In the event that the ball goes over the middle line, the referee will signal a restart from the touch line at the middle line for the opposing team.

| Only one rule i dont like is that #13 The half way rule. What that ends up doing is putting your whole team on one side of the field. If the offense applies pressure its hard to get the ball out. And with only 5 sec if you hurry and make a mistake it will cost you. I play the same rule down the hill.
