Where is the best spot to stand in batters box?Does it matter who's pitching? And should oneself keep there feet planted or walk up to hit the ball? No BP leaves me with these questions. Will the cages help?

You should stay loose in the batters box,in slow pitch softball you have plenty of time to adjust to each pitch. so if you need to move a little in the box to square up the ball do it. It's bat speed that drives the ball. Going to the cages is a great way to improve skills. Good luck.
