| While I was walking from ED1 to Ed2 2 pitbulls attack sugar by it's homeless owner. Sugar seems to be physical Ok but very timid now. I will take her to the vet on Saturday to make sure. I'm am going to demand the city to take care of this problem that has been brought up before. I will contact Victorville PD and city council to handle this homeless situation at EvaDell Park once and for all. You can all count on that. This is very personally for me. I know how most of you feel towards sugar.

| I'm sorry to hear about that Kenny i hope she will be ok. Damn Homeless people they need to be kicked out of there there homeless but they want to have dogs they cant even take care of themselfs.

| Didn't go the work today. My customers won't be happy. Sugar's neck is quite sore this morning and she is not a happy camper like most of you know her. I'm sure she may have some brusing in that area but taking her to vet this morning to be sure. Sugar being attacked has always been on the back of my mind at these dangerous parks. I start my battle with the city today regarding the homeless situation which seems to be a big concern to a lot of you. It happened to the wrong guy,ME. I don't give up easily just ask Dave. I will let you know how she is after vet visit.

| Poor Sugar - I hope she is doing alright and she wasn't seriously injured.

| We came back from the vet. Sugar just had brusing on her upper neck area. They shaved her and gave her shots and medication. She is resting well on her bed now but it seems I won't be bringing her to the park anymore. I called animal control and they are aware of these 2 dogs and will keep close watch on them. The bill was $174 and I guess I can't sue this bum unless he can collect a lot of soder cans. I think I will make the city pay.
