| Soccer game results postings are always so late...
Is it the same on other sports.. ?

| Yes,they never posted any softball playoff results from back in June,at least not for thursday night Rec.

Your $360 pays for 10 games on average. That's $36 per game. For that you get an umpire, prepped fields (dragging, watering and lining), maintained fields (watering, mowing, cultivating etc. (have you seen how much those mowers cost?)), Lights, (satellite system (don't get me started on the cost of a good satellite these days), bulb replacement etc.), equipment (balls, bases, scorecards, etc.) You get administrative staff (people to answer the phones, take registration, make schedules, ***create and monitor a website***, answer emails.)

| The Thursday Rec results were posted a long time ago, they are under the Thursday playoffs.

| The cards come in from Mesa Linda usually Tuesday or Wednesday from Sunday games and are posted on Wednesday or Thursday. Our goal is that we get them up as soon as we get the cards and that everything should be updated before the next game. For all sports, we usually pick-up cards when we drop off cards for the next game. So for soccer, a lot of the time you will see Sunday results posted on Wednesday and Wednesday results posted on Friday because that's when the new cards are delivered.
For some leagues, we have been creating a new "play-off" division, so late season results are posted there instead of the regular season division. We did this so the website will post better standings without combining regular and post seasons. I'll see if we can post a message in the regular section reminding people to find the new play-off division.

| as in regards for soccer i'll try to do a better job at getting cards turned in faster so results can be posted quicker !
