| Let me be the first to say sorry to Team Alumni. Team BOSOMO will not have enough players for this Sunday's game. We have made an effort to get the game time or date changed but we have had no response from Dave yet. We all work 9 to 5's on Sunday's and we need more than 4 day's notice to switch shifts. A 3pm game is a mean curveball when every game in regular season is at 6:45pm. Again, sorry for our absents, we are very competitive and hate to have to forfeit. We will be more than happy to make it up to you on another date.

If alumni is okay with it, you guys may play the game then.

Talk to Bill to see if the game time is changed, nothing will be posted. send 1 member when you guys get off because I am at the fields all day

| Sounds good. I am off work at 1:30 ( I go in at 4am today), So I will head straight over to the fields. If anyone has Alumni's number that would help greatly. Thanks guy's.

| Checking my messages Bosomo contacted us late on Friday, which, even if I got it, it would have been too late to change. I got the message today (Tuesday).
I'll make sure that we stress this at the manager's meeting. When we enter playoffs many preferences cannot be granted. In league play, we are usually able to match teams that need early or late games with similair teams, in the playoffs it becomes more difficult. If you find yourself entering playoffs in a situation where you cannot play, call us as early as possible before we make the schedule, we may be able to accommodate, but not always.

| Yes, Team BOSOMO will be there Sunday. As for contacting you early. I was at the hook park offices on Wed. morning asking for any names or numbers to fix the problem. I was told by the secretary that they would contact Dave. I sent Dave an e-mail late Friday cause I had not heard anything up to that point. I understand the playoff's will be different times but maybe next time stick with the late times for the late pool for the first game. Gotta ease into the early slot and give us a chance to accommodate the schedule.

| The email on the website is the best way to get a hold of them. I once got a reply at 11:30pm. They read that one all the time.
