Recent individuals have been voicing out too much after games on sundays.

For now on, if you must speak with an official or staff, please be respectful for what they have to say.

Players/Managers will start to be suspended if this continues. Remember, no refs no league !

Have a wonderful mothers day off !!

Cal South will help everyone next season

KICK THE WHOLE TEAM OUT....THIS IS A RECREATION SPORT...IF THEY TAKE IT THAT SERIOUS, THEY ARE PLAYING THE WRONG SPORT....NO UMPIRE IS PERFECT...NOR DOES ANY PLAYER BAT 1000 OR IS ERROR FREE IN ANY GAME...GROW UP>>>>

How about when the ref is yelling at your team mate?? I am here to have fun and it is not that serious but it has been my experience that certain refs just flys off the handle and yell at players as if they are children. This is a city run league and no team or player should be yelled at or told that if they dont like it they can go somnewhere else!! I hope you post this as I know you censor and post what you want

It sounds like something was said before the umpire flew off the handle...Which is not an excuss...This should be addressed the very next day with the Staff of VV.

I agree with nm....some refs go way over board with the way they talk to players thats why some games get way out of control...Timdj all these post are about the soccer league not softball

It seems its the same answer from the staff, "Talk after the game" but nothing ever comes out of it. The team captains also speaks up and nothing is done as well. So with this happening week after week it is the teams perception that there is a bias when against us.
It has happen on at least two occasions where two players are going after each other, if the ref would either red card both of them or yellow card both of them then that might de-escalate the tension. But what happens is, it go's and things get out of control. It is not that things were said in this last instance, in fact I agreeed that my team mate should have been kicked out but when ....... yelled at him then he went after him. Then he refused to listen to anyboby after,so the perception is there is a bias against certain people but dont say talk because to communicate it needs to be bi-directional. Thats my two cents!

I have noticed sometimes refs would get into a yelling contest. i have even done this and it gets no where.

The whole matter is on control of the game, not refs being bias. they are simply caught up in the moment.

like i said before calsouth will help with everything, like in this matter.
