Bodlovich leads Squid to title!
Mike Bodlovich hurled an 8-hit complete game to lead the Squid to the title. He escaped big messes in the final two frames, as the Red Sox left 5 runners on over the last two. The Squid scored all their runs in the 6th, as a Reed Aljian SF, Daniel Hordo RBI double and David Murray RBI single produced all their runs. Red Sox starter Rich Fallat pitched well, but hit his third batter in the 7th and left with the bases loaded. The Squid, as well as the Red Sox could not get on the board again, and the Squid held on for the 3-2 victory.
