Puentes Pulls Shade On Grays Season
In all fairness, both starting pitchers had to work extra hard to earn strikes. Both pitchers were resilient, though.
The Grays got on the board first. Nick Sabetta led off with a HBP, was sacrificed to second, after a ground out, was cashed in by Joe Cork. The Titans would strike with 5 third inning runs. RBI's by 1B Alex Matos, John Sosa and 2 RBI by Mgr. Daniel Gutierrez. The Titans would add a run in the 4th, 2 in the 5th, 5 in the 6th, and 1 in the 7th inning.
Leading the way on offense for the Titans were 3B John Sosa(3 hits), Brandon Cossey, Robert Butland, Daniel Gutierrez and Al Castillo had 2 hits apiece.
The score doesn't reflect it, but it was a well played game by both sides!
