Nick Arnoni's Complete Game No Hitter Gives South Park Win
South Park starting pitcher Nick Arnoni proved to be unhittable Friday evening against Rich's Parkside Den. Arnoni walked three and did not allow a runner to reach 2nd base in his 78 pitch performance. Arnoni also drove in what proved to be the winning run in the third inning as he singled home Ryan Dodson who had doubled earlier in the frame. South Park's other run was scored in the 4th with runners on 1st and 2nd Alex Labarbera laid down a sacrifice bunt and the runner on 2nd, Tyler Amedure, never slowed down as he raced around 3rd to score. Caleb Catherine pitched well for Rich's Parkside Den, scattering 10 hits in the loss. South Park was led offensively by Ryan Dodson who was 3-4 with a double and Amedure who went 2-2 with a walk.
