Canonsburg Outlast Plum In Nine Innings
Canonsburg needed two comebacks and extra innings to pick up their first win of 2016. Sean Gaungen tied the game at two for the Knights in the bottom of the seventh. Plum then retook the lead in the top of the ninth only to see Timmy Loper's two run double win the game for the home team. Loper also pitched nine innings to record the victory by allowing just nine hits, two walks and two runs. Plum's Zack Woloswzk was the game's top hitter with three singles.
