Concussion Information
Concussion information from the State of Ohio

Medical Clearance - Return to Play Form
This form is to be given to parents by coaches when a player is suspected of having a concussion. It must be completed by a family doctor before allowing a player to return to play.

Parent Code of Conduct
This document is included with registration and outlines the expectations of all parents of players in the BYSL. It is to be reviewed and acknowledged by all parents as part of the sign up process
