This season we will be having a tryout with a draft immediately following. If a manager is looking for players, he will be there to recruit you. We can also form new teams with players not drafted.
If you are a team that is interested in playing next season please contact the league at IEPREMIERBASEBALL@GMAIL.COM
We, at the Inland Empire Premier League, run things a little differently than most adult leagues. If you are a manager, the hardest thing to do is to collect league fees. Here in the Premier League, we charge a player fee instead of a team fee. The concept is simple..... You don't pay, You don't play! Managers get tired of hearing the same excuses, such as: I forgot my wallet, I will pay you when I get paid, my car broke down, etc.
We do not have a limit on how many players you can carry on your roster. If you need a player for a game or you want to try out a player, he can pay for a day pass. He will not be eligible to play in the playoffs unless he actually registers.
Now what do you get for your money?
1. We offer a couple of practice games before the season to get you dialed in.
2. 10-game season plus playoffs and Championship game.
3. There are wood bat and metal bat divisions. Our metal bat is swing what you bring.
4. All-Star game including a Homerun Derby for each division. Prize going to the Homerun Derby winner.
5. All-Star shirts to each All-Star participant.
6. Music and player announcement during All-Star and Championship games.
7. Diamond baseballs provide for each game. (No additional cost)
8. 2 umpires for every game. (No matter the division)
9. 3 FREE Players for the Division winners. ( $225 value)
------------------------------------------------------------------
If you win the Championship, you will get:
12 Free players ( $900 value)
6' Championship Trophy
8' Championship Banner
Championship Tee Shirts
------------------------------------------------------------------
Runner up will get 3 Free Players towards next season. ( $225 value)
All 3 divisions met up today and played a friendly all star game and 1 person from each division won a bat mug made by the great guys at Lumberlend Company. Each trophy can be used for any hot or cold beverage of their choice.
D3 Homerun Derby goes to a bat-a-thon between 2 powerful sluggers
The D3 Homerun Derby had everyone tied with the lead. At the end there was a Bat-a-thon between Johnny Lara from the IE Bandits and Mac Bustos from the Yucaipa Angles. The air was thick, the humidity was high but at the end the bat from Johnny Lara had a little more pop than Macs did.
Save the best for last couldn't be truer in the D2 Homerun Derby.
John Laine from the D2 IE Expos batted last in the D2 Homerun Derby. There were other players that came close to hitting a homerun, but at the end on John's third swing he blasted a pitch over the left field fence and into the trees. 1 homerun is all he needed to take home the hardware.
Travis Tomsen represented the Redlands Pirates and blasted 3 Homeruns to win the D1 Home Run Derby!!
Travis Tomsen came out of the gate strong. The pitcher friendly compounds of Yucaipa High proved to be no match for the power hitting slugger from the D1 Redlands Pirates.

NEW LEAGUE PRESIDENT
It is with great honor that I announce a new league president for the league. I have had the pleasure of running the league since 2011. Prior to that, Gil Hernandez did an amazing job establishing the league. With work commitments and a new addition to the family I can no longer dedicate the time necessary to run the league. With that said, I would like to congratulate Gary Williams as my successor. Gary has been the Chief of Umpires and a player in the league for many years. Gary has a lot of baseball knowledge and has great ideas. Please extend the same courtesy you guys have given me during my tenure. Thank you in advance, and I look forward to just being a player again. Below is the new contact information (phone number, email, and address).
