12u Div II Tennessee(Sweet 16)

July 22, 2005
12u 2005 National Girls Team made an impressive run during the 2005 11 and 12 Girls Division II Tournament in Nashville, TN - July 15, 2005 through July 22, 2005. The girls ranked 13th out of 65 teams.

MYBA 12u girls had an outstanding 5-2 record. 3-0 record lead the team directly out of pool play to the championship rounds. An early loss caused the girls to work harder to advance on to the championship game. Although they won two straight games to move closer to their goal,a devastating loss caused the girls to look to next year to complete what they started.

MYBA get pumped, get pumped.(12u fight song) Because it's all about the Whoop!

The 2005 12u girls team has proven that they are a force to be reckoned with. You have earned the respect of all the teams, coaches and spectators you have encountered.

On behalf of the MYBA Family, We Are Proud Of You!!!

9u Lady Wildcats Sweet 16 National Ranking

The Babycats received the honarable ranking of 16th in the 2005 Girls National Basketball Tournament held in South Bend, Indiana June 24, 2005 thru June 30, 2005.

The 9u girls came out of pool play with a record of 3-0. 29 9u teams met for the first time to make history for this age bracket.

The Lady Wildcats gave their best but did not pull off a win in the first game of the winners bracket. Although the little ladys played their hearts out 1-1 record coming out of the loser bracket earned them the Sweet 16 ranking.

4-2 2005 Nationals Game Record

HATS OFF TO OUR BABYCATS, WE ARE PROUD OF YOU.
