Coach Joe Federico is beginning his 6th season at Arcadia High School, four under head coach, Nick Lemas where he serves as the team's hitting coach. Joe was also on Coach John Meiers staff during the 1995 & 1996 seasons at Arcadia. Coach Federico has over 15 years of coaching experience and has coached over 20 All-CIF players. As a player, he spent four seasons in the St. Louis Cardinals organization. He played in the same lineup with Cardinal greats like Brian Jordan and Ray Lankford and learned much of his coaching style from former coaches Jim Riggleman, George Kissell, Ted Simmons and Dan Radison. As a player, Federico played at University of Nebraska, where he was an All-Big 8 and All-Midwest performer. He also played at Glendale Community College where he was named All-Inland Valley and All-State. Joe is an unbelievable hard worker. It is not uncommon for him to be in the cages with his players at 7:00 a.m. He loves to teach and cares that his players develop and succeed.
Joe Rosalez
Coach Joe Rosalez is beginning his 5th season as a coach at Arcadia High School. Joe served as the head Junior Varsity coach for 2 seasons, and has spent the past 2 seasons with the Varsity, where he serves as the infield coach. Coach Rosalez is a 2006 graduate of Arcadia High School. He played collegiately at East Los Angeles College and Upper Iowa University. Joe has a tremendous work ethic and passion for baseball.
Nick Lemas
Coach Nick Lemas is entering his 8th season as the head coach at Arcadia High School. Coach Lemas has led the Apaches to Pacific League Championships in 2009, 2010, and 2011; including 2 undefeated league seasons in 2010 and 2011, a feat that had previously never been done in the Pacific League. He also led them to the CIF-Southern Section Semifinals in 2011. Before Arcadia, Nick was the head coach of Duarte High School, where he led the Falcons to the 2006 Montview League Championship and the best record in the school's history. He also has coached at San Dimas High School, the University of La Verne, and with the Palm Springs Power, a summer collegiate team. Coach Lemas played collegiately at the University of La Verne and California State University, Hayward (Currently Cal State East Bay). Coach works at Arcadia High School as a physical education teacher.
