Under the Handouts tab on the left of the screen are the forms needed by Coach Jamie Gordon when you join:

1. Checklist (shows the whole process)
2. Code of Conduct for Whitemarsh
3. Medical Proxy Form 
4. Program Waiver
5. Information Sheet

In addition, every rower needs to complete the PIAA Physical form (also listed under Handouts), if it has not been completed for another sport earlier in the year. 

Here are some additional steps: 

• Renew (or join for the first time) your free Basic Membership to USRowing. Go to: http://www.usrowing.org/join.aspx Scroll down and click the appropriate link to the appropriate link to get current and sign your online waiver. There is an online membership number lookup link on the renew page, so don’t worry if you don’t remember your number. If you are joining for the first time, please sign up under your High School affiliation.  Scroll down the huge pop-up menu to find Strath Haven High School. 
  
• Sign onto Gordon Rowing Services’ roster at https://rosters.usrowing.org/.  Click the Athletes Sign Waiver button, and enter the following club access code: MUF2B.  If, however, you see that you do not yet appear on a certain roster, please follow the link here: https://rosters.usrowing.org/ and add yourself to the appropriate roster using the Strath Haven High School code: UYQVZ

2. Read Parent Guidelines
3. Read Schuylkill Navy Rules of the River
