PLATTSURGH LITTLE LEAGUE

P.L.L. HISTORY...

PLATTSBURGH LITTLE LEAGUE, Inc. adopted their constitution on July 11, 1957! Our league is governed under the rules and sanctions set by Little League International. Plattsburgh Little League is in New York District #37 along with Carthage, Gouverneur, Harrisville, Messena, North Central, Pulaski, Sandy Creek, South Jefferson and Watertown. The Plattsburgh Little League All-Stars were District 37 champions in 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014. Plattsburgh Little League is a not-for-profit organization. League expenses are obtained through donations, fundraisers, and/or gifts. Plattsburgh Little League is not funded by the City of Plattsburgh. We work in conjunction with the City of Plattsburgh on field maintenance and general safety issues. We are proud of our long lasting relationship with the City of Plattsburgh.

 

P.L.L. OBJECTIVE...

is to implant firmly in the children of the community, the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and reverence, so that they may be finer, stronger and happier children and will grow to be good, clean healthy adults.

 

P.L.L. TODAY...

Plattsburgh Little League has 2 division, a minor and major with multiple teams. We play thought May and June, averaging 12 to 13 regular season games, not including playoffs.
