Coaches Background Check

1. Click on the link above to access the background check application site.
2. Fill out all information.
3. Fee is $10.  The SBA covers the cost.
4. Click 'Submit' when finished.
5. Protect Youth Sports will notify you with the results.
6. All coaches will also need to complete the Child Safety Course.
7. All coaches must pass the background check and complete the child safety course before the first practice of their team.
