CLOVIS ROCKETS HOTEL INFO PLEASE READ
Listed below is the information necessary to make your hotel reservations for our upcoming tournaments. Please note that each reservation block has an EXPIRATION DATE at which time the special group rate will no longer be available.
REMINDER
Please note the requirements for those tournaments that are listed as a "Stay to Play" event. This means that we need to book 20 nights minimum for each tournament or we jeopardize being removed from the tournament.
For reservations to be qualified you must use the links provided below by the block expiration dates. When making reservations please note tournament name, hotel name, and reservation # as we will need this information so I can forward to Tournament Director to avoid any penalties.

FOR ANY TOURNAMENT THAT WE DO NOT MEET OUR REQUIRED STAYS...THOSE FAMILIES WHO DO NOT HAVE A QUALIFYING RESERVATION WILL SPLIT THE PENALTY AMOUNT. THIS IS THE ONLY EQUITABLE WAY TO RESOLVE ANY FINES INCURRED
