Coaches, 

I do NOT need copies of your insurance, roster or birth certificates.

You DO need to have copies of the above with you at all times while playing in the tournament.

You DO need to provide a copy of your roster with birthdates to all of your opponents.

Any age challenges come through me.

The tournament DOES NOT need to be listed as additional insured on your insurance. You just need to have valid insurance for your team. Have a copy with you at all times.
