General Membership Meetings are held at 7pm on the 2^nd Thursday of every month in Albion Field Club House.

All families of the WEYA organization are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Board Meeting Agenda is as follows:

8PM -9PM Closed for Executive Board Only).
7PM-8PM (Open to General Members).

We will wait 15 minutes for any families to show.
If none show then General Membership will end and Executive Board will proceed.
