1. If you make an error you are awarded the The Shirt and wear it until the next guy makes an error.
2. On defense, The Shirt changes hands on the half inning, last error of the inning gets The Shirt.
3. On offense, The Shirt is awarded immediately.
4. The Shirt resets at the end of the game.
5. Subs don't get The Shirt
6. Dave and Tom are the official scorers for purposes of awarding The Shirt.
Shirt Scenarios:
Infield: Routine ground ball gets by; offline throw/runners advance; dropped fly or feed; out of position/not covering a base
Outfield: Ball on grass gets by; drop, missed or wrong cut/runners advance; not backing up other fielders.
Baserunning: caught off, failing to tag/advance, thrown out stretching a hit, running through a sign.
Base coaching: late/weak/no signs; sending a runner into needless/costly out.
All: late to game (10 min before scheduled start without text/call), not knowing the outs
