Coach Dale Ochodnicky is an experienced baseball coach, baseball player, and softball player. As a high school player he played American Legion ball. After graduation, he joined the United States Military. After his deployment overseas and fighting for his country in Vietnam, Coach Dale returned to U.S. soil and had a fantastic softball career. He is even in a softball Hall of Fame. Later on, he went on to coach competitive travel baseball teams such as the Great Lakes Thunder, Michigan Renegades, and Michigan Jets. He was also able to coach his son Brent to the point where Brent received a baseball scholarship to Madonna University. Brent also had multiple Division I offers coming out of high school. Michiganbaseballprospects.org ranked Brent as the #28 player in the Class of 2012 in the state of Michigan.
