Adam Ray Lee is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM CES). Lee attended the University of North Florida where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, while assisting in the management of the Osprey men's basketball team. Lee has worked with a variety of clients ranging from weight loss where he's had clients lose as much as 100lbs, youth where he's taught kids the importance of moving properly and efficiently, and athletes of all levels where he's gotten their body ready for competition. His life and training motto is never give up and he instills that attitude into everyone he trains.

 

PVC PERSONAL STRENGTH TRAINING AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM:
It is imperative that the players stay in elite shape in order to perform at the highest ability for both the off season as well as the club season. Summer fitness training will be offered to PVC players as well as anyone who wants to get stronger and take their fitness to the next level. Training will be done at the private training studio, Fitness by Fronk, which is located off Hodges and JTB. Both; individual and small group training will be offered on the first come first serve basis.

 

WHO:
Any girls or boys ages 12 -18 looking to improve their fitness level, work hard and get ready for the next club season.

SESSIONS AND PRICING:

Pricing is per Hour.
1 Athlete     - $50.00  
2 Athletes    - $35.00  
3-4 Athletes - $25.00   
Availability is first come first serve
