Fall Baseball Workouts/Games
The objective of the Fall criteria will be to improve on Skill Level and work on specifics such as (Double Play footwork-Two Strike Hitting-Fly Balls over your head). This is done with skill sessions in a controlled format where there is TEACHING going on. Speed and strength will also be involved. And Sundays will strictly be modified games between the players that show up. This is a big hit with all the players.
Workouts: Starts August 29th
Mondays: 5:15Pm (Skill level- 11yr-17yr)
Saturdays: 4pm (Skill Level - 11yr-17yr)
Sundays: 5pm -- 11yr/12yr olds
6:15pm -- 13yr/14yr olds
Cost: $10 per workout (Mondays/Saturdays)
