Ventura County Star (December 30, 2017): "Top Prep Performers" Link Sedrick Abrams scored 16 points and Hunter Thorne had 15 in Thousand Oaks' 72-62 overtime loss to Santa Barbara in the Santa Barbara Holiday Classic on Saturday at Westlake High. Gabe Cuico had eight points and five assists for the Lancers. Justin Stanziano added seven points and 11 rebounds. Kyle Ludlow had five points and seven rebounds. On Friday night, Thorne scored 16 points, Abrams had 15, Kyle Ludlow had 11 and Colin Walton had 10 to lead Thousand Oaks to a 64-57 win over Chatsworth.
Ventura County Star (December 28, 2017): "Top Prep Performers" Link "... in the opening round of the Santa Barbara Holiday Classic at Chatsworth High on Wednesday .... Justin Stanziano had 25 points and Sedrick Abrams had 13 for the Lancers. Thousand Oaks bounced back Thursday with an 88-48 win over Channel Islands. Hunter Thorne had 18 points and Gabe Guico and Stanziano each finished with 12.
Ventura County Star (December 9, 2017): "Top Prep Performers" Link Justin Stanziano had 14 points and seven rebounds, Hunter Thorne finished with 13 points and five rebounds, and Colin Walton had 10 points to lead Thousand Oaks to a 65-57 win over Selma at the Arroyo Grande Tournament on Friday. Sedrick Abrams scored nine points and Kyle Ludlow had seven points. On Saturday, Abrams scored 14 points and Thorne had 10 to lead Thousand Oaks to a 60-44 win over Porterville. Michael Welikala had nine points and Ludlow had eight. The Lancers then beat Oxnard 60-59 in the third-place game. Stanziano had 19 points and Abrams had 16 points and eight rebounds. Thorne scored 11 points. Walton finished with 10 points, four assists and four steals. Chase Artopoeus added four assists.

Hunter Thorne scored 13 points and Kyle Ludlow had nine for the Lancers. Gabe Cuico had six assists and Michael Welikala had four.

Noah Bello and Hunter Thorne each had 11 points for the Lancers. Michael Welikala added five assists.
