Our charter is to teach our youth the game of baseball.  To do this, we need to have advisers on our board that know and understand today's game.  We are pleased to announce that Michael Spidale, who officially retired this season from the Phillies organization, has agreed to join our board as the Director of Player Development.  Mr. Spidale has been working with our organization from its inception and the results have been overwhelming.  We are pleased that Mike has agreed to come on board and we look forward to his guidance and direction.
