There are 4 major things coaches need to do in gotsoccer.
- Applying to an event
- Rostering, including adding/removing players and coaches
- Printing the final roster along with player and coach passes
- Revising the roster during the soccer year
These activities should be done while logged in with your team account - not a coach or personal account. The club external VP will usually handle things like applying to the league "event" and transferring players between teams within the club. You will usually take care of applying to tournaments.
The state uses gotsoccer's online system to roster teams, and to allow those teams to 'apply' for both league and tournament play.
