After you have successfully applied to an event and rostered your team, you need to print out that roster and the player and coach passes. You must 'Freeze' the roster on that event page, which will generate the Team and Player/Coach IDs.

As of 2013 for MNJYSA, you need 3 copies of that roster and must print the passes on the blank stock supplied by the league. You do not need a player or coach signature on the pass.

In the below screen shot, note the Freeze Roster button on the left and the PDF links to print the "Standard NJ" roster and for the "Fronts" and "Backs". That Standard NJ roster can be printed on a plain piece of paper.

Be sure to set the Page Scaling option in your print dialog to None (or 100%) prior to printing, and always do a test print on a plain sheet of paper to ensure the printed text lines up with the pre-printed card stock
