About the Cheer Director:
I’m so excited to kick off the 2014 cheer season with my fellow board members and coaches! This is my first year on the Bronco Board as Cheer Director. In 2013 I coached the Division 12 Bronco Cheerleaders who placed 3rd in the AYC National Competition in Florida! We made history for our town as being the FIRST cheer team to ever go to Nationals and we’re so proud!
Previously, I cheered on many cheerleading teams such as Ayer-Shirley Pop Warner, Ayer High School and Cheer Central Stormz. Cheerleading was great for me because in school, I was a chatter box with a loud voice. Cheerleading was my outlet to free all my energy and use my vocal cords! Now, I’m passing my spirit and enthusiasm onto the kids in the community in hopes that they can either find their outlet for their already existing voice or FIND that loud voice from within. It’s a great way for kids to break out of their shell.
I have so much pride in this program and believe that some of the best memories are those made in youth sports. I hope your child takes the opportunity to experience the sport of cheerleading, make new friends and learn new skills!
