CR #1: JCC Batting Cage - Scheduling, Policies, & Procedures

Discounted batting cage time is available to Naamans teams under the following conditions:
- Naamans team use only. No personal use.
- Must schedule through an e-mail to naamansllpresident@gmail.com with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
- Teams must use Naamans equipment only. No use of JCC baseballs, bats, or helmets.
- Players must remain in the racquetball area and under the supervision of Naamans volunteers at all times.
- Payment of $15/hour must be made to Naamans prior to or at time of use. A lockbox is mounted in the cage. Checks should be made payable to Naamans Little League and bear the manager's name and the date and time of use.
- Naamans members are expected to conduct themselves as respectful guests of the JCC at all times. Naamans has asked the JCC to report date, time, and nature of any conduct it finds inappropriate or in violation of our agreement. Managers will receive no more than one warning before losing JCC batting cage privileges for the remainder of the season.
- No more than 8 hours/week for Monday-Thursday "peak-time" slots starting at 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm.
- For personal use or to schedule peak-time use if Naamans has already used its allotted peak-time hours (see (7)), contact the JCC directly at siegeljccbattingcage@gmail.com. If you are a JCC member, there is no rental charge.
