About the Metro Intermediate Baseball League

The Metro Intermediate Baseball League is a fun and competitive men's baseball organization based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

We have a 24-game regular season, with all games seven innings in length. with the top four teams qualifying for our playoffs. Our fields are all located within HRM. 

Our teams participate in the Provincial Championships with teams from the Nova Scotia Intermediate League and Cape Breton annually on Labour Day Weekend.
